As part of Avast’s growth ambition there is a renewed focus on the existing customer base and so the Loyalty & Retention team is growing. Right now, we’re looking for a Propositions Manager to join the team to support the Propositions Director. Together you’ll be looking at creating customer value propositions that will help drive loyalty and increase the value of the base either globally or in specific countries.

The Retention Propositions Specialist is responsible for helping us deliver on those propositions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing disruptive and customer centric propositions that drive business value and excite our customers. The role will be expected to own and manage proposition development from research, analysis, creation and business cases that are then managed through from discovery, development and through to delivery. The role will also be responsible for creating the marketing briefs into the Marketing team.

The successful candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, have demonstrable experience in developing consumer facing propositions and be able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, develop and evolve customer value propositions using the best methodology to drive greater customer engagement, loyalty, and business value
  • Collaborate with the Research and Insight team to conduct research to understand more about what our customers need, want and love.
  • Work closely with our analytics and finance teams to scope and develop business cases for new initiatives that evolve the proposition and address business challenges and changing customer needs.
  • You will project manage the end to end development and execution of recommended propositions, working cross functionally across the business to ensure brilliant execution
  • Develop test and learn strategies to understand the impact on customers and business performance
  • Keep stakeholders up to date and engaged with projects, manage risks and look for creative solutions to resolve issues

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience in directly developing consumer facing propositions
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business outcomes with articulate positioning and value messages
  • Ability to deliver through others. Lead, influence, develop, drive and motivate propositions at both a tactical and strategic level
  • A real passion for understanding and solving customer problems
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and enjoy constructing and delivering a story to senior leaders
  • Experience managing senior level stakeholders
